In this program, I'll show you how to use AI for:
Market research, so you can get your work in front of the right people with the right messaging and sell more.
Talking to prospective customers, booking appointments, answering buyers’ questions, and selling your work.
Generating voiceovers and videos, so you can create podcasts, audiobooks*, and videos just by writing the script.
Creating custom images based on your description, so you can have any image you want, even if you can't draw.
Automatically generating slide decks from your scripts for your training and presentations
Repurposing your content into other forms, such as video, audio, and social media posts, so you can multiply your reach and grow your audience with less effort.
Running your ads for you and optimizing their performance, so you can make more sales at a profit.
*Audiobooks generated by AI can’t be sold on Amazon or Audible, but they can still be sold on your website and used in promotions.
We start Monday, November 11, 2024.

But AI can make your life a lot easier.
There are some things AI is bad at, like:
Ideas
Creativity
Having a soul
But it’s great at other things, and they’re probably things you hate doing. Instead of worrying about being left behind, you can use AI to serve you and multiply your efforts.
Market Research
Running and optimizing ads for you
Serving as a virtual sales person
Automatically generating voiceovers and/or videos from your scripts (to sound like your voice or not)
Generating slide decks from your scripts
Creating custom images for you
Turning your content into other forms, like social media posts
Serving as a virtual receptionist for your business
Most marketing experts will tell you that, before you write your book, you should make sure there’s an audience for it, find out what they think about, and get clear on what they want.
To do that, I used to recommend that people do three things:
Doing this kind of research is important. It’s also exhausting and time consuming. And, let’s be real: it can often be discouraging.
But AI can do it for you and present you with a summary in a matter of minutes.
Similarly, if you’re trying to write sales copy, but you’re not really sure what concerns, objections, or pain points your prospective buyers might have, AI can tell you in the blink of an eye.
AI is terrible at original thought, because all it knows is everything that people have already thought and written before. But for market research, we can use that as an advantage. The average, common, typical perspective is what we want to know, and that’s what AI is ideally suited to give us.
People love videos. According to Oberlo, people spent an average of 17 hours a week watching digital videos in 2023. That’s over two hours a day. These people are watching and paying attention to someone. It might as well be you.
If you’re like me, you’d probably rather write than make videos. But if you don’t make videos at all, you’re missing out on huge opportunities.
I make a lot of videos, and it used to take me hours to make a video, between writing the script, setting up the equipment, doing my hair and makeup, shooting, and editing. An in-depth e-course would take months to create.
Now, I can write a script and use an AI tool to turn it into a video for me. The AI generates a voiceover that sounds like me, chooses stock footage for the visuals, adds text overlays and music, and produces the whole thing.
You can see an example above. That isn’t really me talking, even though this is my voice. I just typed up the script and let AI do the rest. Pretty cool, huh?
This one AI function has revolutionized my business, because now when I want to create an e-course, I don’t spend months making slides, shooting videos, and editing hours of footage. I write the scripts for the content, and I turn AI loose to make the videos. I can build a whole course in a week or two.
The best part isn’t even how much time this saves, although that is absolutely amazing. It’s the way videos have gone from being a huge hassle that I dreaded, to being a fun, creative activity that I enjoy and feel great about.
And the videos are better than the ones I was working so hard to make before! Again, it’s faster AND it’s better. And it’s more fun! It’s hard to beat that.
My business runs on ads, so I need my ads to be at their best at all times. If I were managing my ads properly and doing it all myself, I’d be spending five to ten hours a week on it.
For years, I wanted to hire an agency to do it for me, but the ones I trusted wanted $5,000/month plus a percentage of ad spend. So I just kept doing it myself.
Then I discovered an AI tool that runs your ads for you, and it handles just about every platform I’ve ever wanted to advertise on: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, you name it.
It has a tool to create ad content for you, and when I tried that, its ads performed about half as well as mine. So again, creativity is not AI’s strong suit. But when I turned it loose on some old ads of mine that weren’t making money anymore, it got them profitable again.
It turns out AI is great at running ads. All that boring monitoring and tweaking to keep them optimized? That’s AI’s sweet spot
Again, we’re the perfect team. Take our human creativity, and add AI’s machine learning, pattern recognition, and infinite patience, and there you have it: profitable ads.
Most customers’ questions are answered on our websites. But customers would rather ask the question than read and find out.
I’ve just learned how to train an AI agent to answer these questions. Not only that, you can have it schedule an appointment or send people to a sales page if the person wants your product or service.
There are so many great things about this. AI never gets annoyed. It answers immediately, no matter what time of day or night. And, according to Demand Sage, 74 percent of customers prefer chatbots rather than waiting for a human agent to answer their immediate questions. You’re off the hook!
And all you have to do to train it is tell it what its ultimate goal is, and give it a web page to learn from.
If its goal is to book appointments, it will book appointments for you, and you can have it pre-qualify people first. If its goal is sales, it will send people the link for the sales page.
And, as it interacts with people, you can refine its responses and give it more answers if you need to.
This may all sound complicated and techy, but it’s seriously just four steps: choose which channels you want it to converse over, give it the web page to learn from, tell it its goal, and turn it on. If you already have a list of information and frequently asked questions, even if it’s just in a Google Doc, you can set this up in about 10 minutes.
Less time talking to people leaves you more time for creating—or just taking a nap!
If you’d like to use some of these yourself, I can show you how, and the great thing is, they’re all designed to be as friendly as possible. There’s no need to be a tech genius. It’s all just clicking buttons, typing conversational commands, and occasionally copying or pasting.
AI 101 is a 6-week program that will get you up to speed with six of the best ways you can use AI to support your creative work, so you can create better work, do it faster, and sell more of it. We’re not trying to master all of AI or learn everything ever created. We just want to keep things simple and give you the skills and abilities that will help you the most—and get you up to speed fast.
How to use AI for market research, so you can get your work in front of the right people with the right messaging and sell more.
Using AI to serve as a virtual receptionist, book appointments, answer buyers’ questions, and sell more stuff for you.
Using AI to generate voiceovers and videos, so you can create engaging, professional videos just by writing the script, and the voice can even sound like you if you want it to. You can also use the voiceovers for podcasts and even audiobooks.*
Using AI to create images so you can create any image you want, even if you can’t draw. We’ll also cover using AI to generate slide decks automatically from your script, so if you’re doing any kind of training, you can skip the boring part where you have to make all those slides.
How to use AI to repurpose and multiply your content in other formats, such as video, audio, and social medias posts

It’s a 6-week program, and we’ll learn one new AI skill per week.
That way, you’ll have plenty of time to do each one. And you’ll have lifetime access, so you can do it later or take as long as you want. You’ll also get free updates whenever I add them to the program, so you can stay up to date as AI evolves.
My first bestseller client hit these bestseller rankings, despite no email list, no PR, no following, and no connections:
My book had been sitting in Amazon’s graveyard for five years before I launched it. By following the same system you’ll learn in the Bestseller Launch Blueprint, I was able to hit:
My first book also camps at the top of its categories, week in and week out.
It’s not just my books or my clients’ books. In 2020, I hosted a certification program to train 10 people in this system. Their clients’ books also became bestsellers, including many #1s, tons of top-10 rankings, and a few international bestsellers.
Will your book get the same kind of results? On their own, most self-published books sells fewer than 100 copies. Most authors have no idea how to market their books, so they either take the “publish and pray” approach, or they spend tons of effort on things that don’t move the needle. The result is: their books don’t sell.
I can’t tell you how your book will do. But I can tell you that, if you follow this system and it doesn’t work, I’ll refund your money.
If you implement just one of the six strategies you’ll learn in AI 101 and it doesn’t save you time or make you money, I’ll send you a full refund. I’m so confident, I’ll give you a whole year to try it.
Meet Cara
Cara Stein is an idealist who has stopped trying to play it cool. She believes the only reason people don’t like business or marketing is that they don’t know how to do it well—yet. She's often praised for her no-bullshit style and her wry humor.
Cara has been helping people finish and publish their books since 2012. She’s guided over 200 books through the publishing process. She’s also the #1 international bestselling author of five books of her own, including How to be Happy (No Fairy Dust or Moonbeams Required), Getting Unstuck, and Finish and Publish: Write the Book You’ve Always Wanted to Write. Her peeves include chipmunks, fakery, and the word “peeve.”
